Phygital Learn LLC
Phygital Learn LLC is an education and technology company co-founded by Dr. Cheryl Talley and Ling-An Fang. Built on more than a decade of human-values education, NSF-supported innovation, school partnerships, arts-integrated learning, literacy development, and Apple/Propel-supported technology work, Phygital Learn creates human-centered digital and physical learning experiences.
Today, Phygital Learn is developing app-based learning and mental wellness tools with technology developer Mariah Simmons, M.S. Computer Science, and university collaboration through Cammie Conner of HSSU. For future clinic and community partnerships, Phygital Learn supports needs assessment, research planning, creative wellness education, and pilot program development grounded in local voices and measurable community needs.

Our learning materials are grounded in five universal human values: Truth, Right Action, Peace, Love, and Nonviolence. Through stories, reflection, creative activities, visual tools, and digital learning supports, Phygital Learn helps students connect knowledge with character, emotional awareness, and meaningful action.

Our work began with school and community partnerships in Virginia and continues through digital tools designed to strengthen literacy, engagement, reflection, and meaningful learning.
